When I started taking my health seriously, I didn’t overhaul everything overnight. I focused on doing one thing each day that moved me forward. Some days that was a workout. Some days it was drinking water instead of soda. Some days it was just getting to bed earlier.

But every small action added up—and more importantly, each one built belief.
